Both. We build new stores from scratch and optimize existing ones. Many of our clients come to us with an underperforming Shopify store that needs CRO work, theme upgrades, or migration to Shopify Plus.
A theme build uses Shopify's native theme system (Liquid templates) — it's faster to build, easier to maintain, and works for most brands. Headless commerce separates the frontend from Shopify's backend, giving you complete design freedom and faster page loads, but requires more engineering. We recommend headless only when your brand genuinely needs it.
